Meet the Team

Meredith has a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. After university, she worked in Advertising and Public Relations with several interior design companies as clients before moving to Charlotte and finding solace in renovating + designing multiple homes from the ground up. Nearly 25 years and ten homes later, she has decided to make a career of it utilizing her fearless approach to color and love hunting all things one-of-a-kind.  Having recently added a real estate license to her arsenal, Meredith is proud to have joined forces with her friends Nilou and Gerald Henderson at Henderson Ventures to assist clients with buying and selling property as well.

For design, planning and service for all things lighting related, look no further than the dynamic father/son duo of Hans and Dawid Joubert. With more than 30 years experience in the industry, and a brick and mortar store from which to choose fixtures, Hans has also achieved his Certified Lighting Consultant (CLC), the highest designation offered by the American Lighting Association (ALA).
